Hi, I’m Anastasiia Lia, the creator of Liane Patisserie.
Liane Patisserie is a family-owned business built on creativity and an uncompromising focus on quality. What started as an interest in confectionery science has grown into a space where we create unique desserts.
Every cake takes time. We research local ingredients, develop interesting flavour combinations, and hand-design every visual detail. Everything is handcrafted to be both beautiful to look at and exceptional in taste.
We focus exclusively on desserts. We truly believe that to do something exceptionally well, you must dedicate yourself fully to it. For that reason, we do not offer drinks or other food items — our concept is centred entirely around handcrafted desserts. This allows us to maintain the highest level of quality and creativity in everything we make.
Liane Patisserie operates as takeaway-only, ensuring each dessert is freshly prepared and ready to be enjoyed wherever our customers choose.
For us, it’s about more than making sweets. It’s about creating moments, offering unique experiences, and bringing people together to enjoy something special.
Our Ingredients
At Liane Patisserie, we don’t use artificial flavourings, ready-made cake mixes, or any synthetic ingredients. Every dessert is made entirely from scratch, using real chocolate crafted from natural cocoa beans and cocoa butter. All flavours come from genuine fruits, nuts, and herbs, ensuring each creation is authentic and full of character.
While we strive to use Australian ingredients wherever possible, some European ingredients are used to achieve the exceptional quality we demand. We are constantly searching for the best Australian alternatives to ensure our desserts maintain the same premium standard.
Opening Plans
We are planning to open our doors in April, depending on how smoothly our renovation goes. Before the official launch, we will host events to introduce Liane Patisserie and share our story with the community.
